What's going on?!?!?

Last night at around 12 o'clock I had a huge contraction and then they started about every 4 minutes apart for about 45 minutes. Some were strong and some were weak. I knew that it couldn't have been real labor because they wouldn't have stopped. So we almost had a false alarm. This morning i'm super sore and was wishing that I would have my Dr.'s apt today and not tomorrow! I will update tomorrow and see what the Dr. says.
